Year 6 Transition

Welcome to Trinity Academy Bradford and congratulations on securing a place with us. We can’t wait to meet you!

We are looking forward to your child joining our academy community and sharing more about how we will help them to gain the most from their educational journey with us over the next few years.

We will be working closely with families and primaries to ensure that our Year 6 students will receive all the support they need to transition smoothly into life in secondary education. We will be in touch with more information about this process over the coming weeks and months. A welcome booklet will be sent out to you shortly with important introductory information.

We will also include our Year 6 families in our newsletter distribution list so that you can be involved and informed about the exciting developments that are happening here, and learn a little about what life is like at Trinity Academy Bradford.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us by email to or call 01274 882214.
