Working for Trinity Academy Bradford
At Trinity Academy Bradford, we’re on an exciting journey. Our vision, leadership and investment have transformed our school into a warm and welcoming environment for students and teachers. Now, it’s time to go further.
Our first class CPD programme brings challenge and reward every day. We’ve also created dedicated attendance, safeguarding, therapeutic and wellbeing teams to support staff in their role. Our simple, yet robust, behaviour for learning policy is designed to ensure students are ready to learn. We’re not just here to help students learn – we’re here to help you to be the best you can be.
Put simply, this is the kind of place where teaching is about more than just teaching – it’s education how it’s meant to be.

Trinity Multi-Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are made subject to an enhanced DBS check. We are an equal opportunities employer and want our staff profile to reflect the community we serve.
Well-being Charter
As a Trust, we recognise the value of promoting well-being across all of our institutions and so have developed our own Trinity Employee Well-being Charter. This document evidences our commitment to the well-being of all and provides examples of how being part of Trinity MAT not only improves your skills and experiences as a professional but will also boost your well-being.
